PEOPLE'S GAS SERVICE - ENERGY ONE

• Need both parties social security numbers and drivers license
• Need place of employment and a name to contact for emergency
• Need one day notice for hookup (normally)
• Someone over 18 years old needs to be present for hookup
• No deposit required unless you have an outstanding bad debt with Arkla/Peoples

COX COMMUNICATION (CABLE TV)

• There is a connection fee to install basic service (usually $19.95 + tax)
• Service is subject to credit approval
• Need name, address, phone number, social security number of name on account
• Takes 2-5 days for installation
• Someone 18 years old or older needs to be present at time of installation
